据说,全球有四分之一的人患有不同程度的失眠症。对于失眠者而言,一点轻微的响动都是难以忍受的噪音:时钟的滴答声;自来水龙头的滴水声;旁人的打鼾声;蚊子的嗡嗡声;窗外的风雨声;电话铃声……都足以让神经衰弱的人烦躁不安,彻夜难眠。也许,就是万籁俱寂,静得让人听得见自己的呼吸也未必能使失眠者安然入睡。最是难熬失眠夜,辗转反侧,夜不能寐之际,何以解忧?音乐。
