近几年来,对于血液流变学的研究和临床应用都有了很大进展,尤其在治疗和予防心血管疾病方面有了许多突破。最近,我们就中药对血液粘度的影响做了试验,现报告如下: 一、实验设计①取活血化淤,收涩止血两组中药,每组各十二味,每味按常用量15克计,混合编号,然后用浸渍法,用常水400ml浸泡五天,将浸出液用蒸馏法浓缩到300ml,过滤,测每味药物的PH值,做为实验用药液备用。②取正常人全血100ml,按要求加入适量抗凝剂,备用。③采用上海第一医学院生物物理教研室梁子钧教授设计的毛管试血液粘度计,并按该氏设计的实验方法进行实验。④实验用药物含量的计算方法: 一般单味中药常用量为15克,日两次
