开发了能够在四维圆柱空间内定位检测罐内涂层破损区的气相局部电化学检测探头装置,可实现在气相环境中扫描测量罐内圆柱区和罐底平面区涂层表面的电化学状态,准确定位和评价涂层破损区。本文采用该装置定位检测了金属罐底缩区、焊缝区、底面区和罐体区的开路电位及电化学阻抗响应,并根据其相应的变化判断涂层破损区位置和程度。结果表明,该装置能够在气相环境中准确定位检测金属罐内平面和柱面区域的涂层位置和破损状态,在实验室具有较高的实用价值。
A gas-phase local electrochemical detection probe device capable of positioning and detecting the coating damage area in a four-dimensional cylindrical space was developed. The electrochemical state of the coating surface in the cylindrical area and the tank bottom surface area can be scanned and measured in a gas phase environment. Accurately locate and evaluate the damaged area of the coating. In this paper, the device was used to detect the open circuit potential and electrochemical impedance of the metal can bottom, weld, bottom and tank areas, and to determine the location and extent of the damaged area according to the corresponding changes. The results show that the device can accurately locate and detect the coating position and the damaged state in the plane and the cylinder area of the metal can in the gas phase environment and has high practical value in the laboratory.
