党的十一届三中全会以来,卫生防疫战线面临着全面改革的重大课题。为了搞好科学管理,充分发挥系统效益,近几年来,各地卫生防疫站在组织机构设置方面都进行了各种形式的调整、充实,以适应管理体制改革的需要。由于各地情况、条件、内外系统和分工各有差异,科室部门分设不尽相同。为使市(地)级卫生防疫站组织机构设置更为合理,我们进行了一些初步探索。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the health and epidemic prevention front has faced a major task of comprehensive reform. In order to do a good job of scientific management and give full play to the system benefits, in recent years, the local health and epidemic prevention stations have all been adjusted and enriched in various forms in order to meet the needs of the reform of the management system. Due to differences in local conditions, conditions, internal and external systems, and division of labor, divisions of department departments are not the same. In order to make the establishment of the municipal (prefecture) level health and epidemic prevention station more reasonable, we have conducted some preliminary explorations.
