目的探讨家兔膀胱肌电体表检测的方法以及家兔清醒状态时膀胱体表肌电信号的特征。方法清醒家兔经静脉灌注生理盐水,同步记录膀胱储尿期和排尿期膀胱肌电信号及膀胱内压变化。结果贮尿期,膀胱内压无明显变化,体表电极也未记录到明显的肌电信号;排尿期,膀胱内压明显升高,体表电极记录到重复性良好的含有一连串幅度不等动作电位的脉冲串样肌电信号。结论本实验成功地记录到与膀胱排尿一致的肌电信号,为评估膀胱功能提供了一种无创的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the detection method of bladder myoelectricity in rabbits and the characteristics of the myoelectric signal of the bladder surface when the rabbits are awake. Methods The rabbits were anesthetized by intravenous infusion of normal saline, bladder urinary bladder urinary bladder and urinary bladder electromyography signals and bladder pressure changes were recorded simultaneously. Results There was no significant change of urinary bladder pressure during urinary storage and no significant EMG signal was recorded on the body surface electrode. Urinary bladder pressure was significantly increased during urination, and surface electrode recorded a series of repetitive responses with a range of amplitude Pulse-like EMG signal of potential. Conclusion This experiment successfully recorded myoelectric signals consistent with urinary bladder urination and provided a noninvasive method for assessing bladder function.
