采用正交试验研究喷播基材中水泥含量(0、3%、6%、9%、12%)及其龄期(1d、7d、14d、21d、28d)和纤维含量(0、1%、3%、5%、7%)与基材无侧限抗压强度之间的关系,得到了自然与饱和两种状态下不同配比的基材在相应龄期下的无侧限抗压强度。试验结果表明自然状态下基材的无侧限抗压强度最大时所对应的配比为水泥含量12%,纤维含量3%;饱和状态下基材强度最大时的配比为水泥含量12%,纤维含量7%,基材在自然状态下的无侧限抗压强度约为饱和状态下强度的2~4倍。另外,随着水泥含量的增加,基材的无侧限抗压强度值呈递增的趋势,而随着龄期和纤维的递增,基材的无侧限抗压强度呈波动性的变化。
