我队某钻探施工区,地层软硬互层变化频繁.上下板岩呈板状结构,片理发育,岩层倾角60~70°,岩石具有硬、脆、碎等特点.长期以来,钻孔方位跑斜严重,钻孔质量得不到保证,给施工带来很大的影响.为此,也曾采用过许多纠斜方法,但奏效不大.近两年来,由于采用了金刚石钻进技术,使钻探效率得到明显地提高,相应之下,该区的孔斜问题更加突出.如近期施工的Z K622、ZK132、Z K 172孔,方位偏斜都比较严重根据上述情况,进行了反转法纠方位的试验工作.
