将 2 0 Cr Mn Ti钢在较低温度下 (在两相区附近 )以不同的变形量进行塑性变形后淬火 -回火 ,然后研究其机械性能和微观组织。试验表明 ,变形温度越高和变形量越大硬度也越高 ;但是冲击韧性则是在较低的温度下有好的效果
The 20 Cr Mn Ti steel was plastically deformed with different deformations at a lower temperature (near the two-phase region) and then quenched and tempered. The mechanical properties and microstructure were then investigated. Tests show that the higher the deformation temperature and the greater the amount of deformation, the higher the hardness; however, the impact toughness is a good effect at a lower temperature
