目的:研究不同产地的麻花秦艽种子在相同贮藏条件与时间下发芽率与发芽势及其半活期的关系。方法:对相同时期收获的9份不同产地的麻花秦艽种子,每3个月测定一次其发芽率、发芽势与半活率,共测定10次。结果:随着贮藏时间的延长,9份不同产地的麻花秦艽种子发芽率与发芽势各不相同,但均呈现出先由低到高,再由高到低的抛物线式分布,半活期截然不同,差异显著。结论:在麻花秦艽育苗及田间生产选种时既要考虑种子收获贮藏的时间,也要考虑种子的产地。
Objective: To study the relationship between germination rate, germination potential and half-life of Gentiana straminea seeds from different habitats under the same storage conditions and time. Methods: Nine seeds of Gentiana straminea from different regions harvested at the same time were tested for germination rate, germination potential and half-live rate every 3 months for a total of 10 times. Results: With the extension of storage time, the seed germination rate and germination energy of nine species of Gentiana macrophylla in different areas were different, but they all presented a parabola distribution with low to high and high to low, Significant difference. Conclusion: It is necessary to consider the time of seed storage and harvesting in seedling selection and field selection of Gentiana macrophylla, as well as the origin of seeds.
