采用正交设计的原理和方法,对高淀粉马铃薯新品种鄂马铃薯5号设计了不同的种植密度、不同底肥种类(有机肥、复合肥)及不同施用量的高产栽培试验。结果表明,不同密度间差异极显著,以667m2种植4400株产量最高,平均产量3043kg;有机肥不同施用量间差异不显著,以667m2施用量2000kg产量最高,平均产量2854kg;复合肥不同施用量间差异显著,以667m2施用50kg产量最高,平均产量2904kg。经综合评价,高淀粉马铃薯新品种鄂马铃薯5号高产栽培密度以667m2种植4400株、施用有机肥1000kg、复合肥50kg组合趋于合理。
Using orthogonal design principle and method, high-starch potato variety E-potato No. 5 was designed with different planting densities, different types of fertilizer (organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer) and high-yielding cultivation experiments with different application rates. The results showed that there were significant differences among different densities. The yield of 4400 plants was the highest at 667m2 with the average yield of 3043kg. The difference of the application rates of organic fertilizers was not significant. The highest yield of 2000kg was 667m2 with the average yield of 2854kg. Significant difference to 667m2 50kg highest yield, the average yield of 2904kg. According to the comprehensive evaluation, the high-starch potato variety E-potato No. 5 had a high-yielding cultivation density of 4,400 plants at 667m2. The application of organic fertilizer at a rate of 1000kg and compound fertilizer at a rate of 50kg tended to be reasonable.
