心肺复苏是住院医师规范化培训中的重要部分,但是目前常用的多种培训和考核模式都存在一定缺陷。在新的培训模式探索中,“阶梯式”培训有助于循序渐进的技能学习;“低强度、高频率”培训既有利于突出重点和难点、减轻教学双方的负担,又能够通过反复强化提高培训效果。将不同培训方法有机结合建立“多元化”培训模式,能够在充分发挥不同方法优势的同时相互弥补各自的不足。此外,培训中还应引入“单项否决机制”方法以加强对核心技术的考核;角色扮演的场景模拟可能是训练团队复苏能力的有效方法,但仍需要进一步探索。“,”Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important part of standardized residency training.
