食品中添加铁是一个复杂的问题,其目的是预防铁缺乏,主要对象是育龄期妇女。一次三万人的抽样调查表明,20%男人有缺铁性贫血,另一次调查表明仅2%妇女缺铁,但却有肠%的妇女饮食缺乏铁。
The addition of iron to food is a complex issue that aims to prevent iron deficiency, with the main target being women of childbearing age. A sample survey of 30,000 people showed that 20% of the men had iron deficiency anemia. Another survey showed that only 2% of women had iron deficiency but that women with bowel disease lacked iron in their diet.
