目的:建立了居住区大气中硝酸盐的离子色谱法(IC)分析方法。方法:本文采用玻璃纤维滤膜采集居住区大气中硝酸盐,用高纯水超声洗脱,经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果:硝酸盐的检出限为0.009 mg/L,测定下限为0.029 mg/L。若以0.1 m3/min流量采气144 m3,该方法对硝酸盐的测量范围为0.010μg/m3~28μg/m3。结论:本方法快速、准确,具有较低的检出限,可用于居住区大气中硝酸盐的检测。
Objective: To establish a method of ion chromatography (IC) analysis of nitrate in the atmosphere of residential area. Methods: In this paper, the glass fiber membrane was used to collect the nitrate in the atmosphere of the residential area. The sample was eluted with high purity water and separated by chromatography. The conductivity detector was used to determine the retention time, and the peak height or peak area was quantified. Results: The detection limit of nitrate was 0.009 mg / L and the lower limit of determination was 0.029 mg / L. If the flow rate of 0.1 m3 / min 144 m3, the method for the nitrate measurement range 0.010μg / m3 ~ 28μg / m3. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and has a lower detection limit. It can be used for the detection of nitrate in the living area.
