二氧化氯(ClO_2)具有极强的氧化力,能通过氧化分解微生物蛋白质中的氨基酸而将其杀灭。因为ClO_2不仅杀菌力强,而且在完成其氧化分解过程后的生成物是水、氯化钠、微量CO_2和有机物,而无致癌物质。所以,自从ClO_2问世以来,已经被先后用于医疗卫生防疫,食品加工业,油井解堵和畜、禽活动场所的消毒等。为了将ClO_2正确地应用到水产养殖业中,本试验中测定了稳定性粉状ClO_2在不同水温和水质条件下,对鱼类的几种常见致病菌的灭菌效果。
Chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) has a very strong oxidizing power and can kill it by oxidizing and decomposing amino acids in microbial proteins. Because ClO 2 is not only bactericidal, but also in the completion of its oxidative decomposition process after the formation of water, sodium chloride, trace CO 2 and organic matter, but not carcinogenic substances. Therefore, since the advent of ClO_2, it has been successively used for medical and health epidemic prevention, food processing, oil well removal and livestock and poultry breeding venues. In order to apply ClO_2 correctly to aquaculture, we tested the sterilizing effect of stable powdery ClO_2 on several common pathogens of fish under different water temperature and water quality.
