目的探讨健康教育对早产儿家长护理能力的影响。方法 84例早产儿,按入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理并给予出院指导,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强对早产儿家长的健康教育,对比两组效果。结果观察组早产儿家长健康知识掌握度为90.48%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿上呼吸道感染、皮肤黏膜感染、营养不良及脐炎发生率分别为4.76%、7.14%、2.38%、0,均低于对照组患儿的11.90%、16.67%、7.14%、4.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在提升早产儿家长护理能力中的应用效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the nursing ability of parents in premature infants. Methods Eighty-four premature infants were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of hospital admission, with 42 cases in each group. The control group were given routine care and given discharge guidance. The observation group strengthened the health education of parents of premature children on the basis of the control group nursing, compared the two groups. Results The masculinity of health knowledge of preterm infants in observation group was 90.48%, which was higher than 71.43% in control group (P <0.05). The upper respiratory tract infection, skin and mucosal infection, malnutrition and omphalitis in observation group The incidence rates were 4.76%, 7.14%, 2.38%, 0 respectively, which were all lower than those in the control group (11.90%, 16.67%, 7.14%, 4.76%, P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education in promoting the nursing ability of parents is significant and has a high clinical value.
