目的研究三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒后大鼠的肾脏损伤及预后。方法 80只成年雄性SD大鼠经口暴露于三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸,设1个对照组和3个实验组,每组20大鼠,每天对动物经口灌胃染毒1次,连续28d,停止染毒后继续观察14d,实验结束时收集大鼠血液、肾脏进行检测。结果三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒会造成雄性SD大鼠体重增加受到抑制,肾脏脏器系数与血液生化指标改变,肾脏发生结晶现象,部分肾小管与肾小球结构破坏,肾脏病理损伤在停止染毒14d后并无缓解。结论三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合经口28d染毒引起雄性SD大鼠肾脏的病理损伤,在停止染毒后14d并无明显改善。
Objective To study the renal damage and prognosis of rats after melamine and cyanuric acid exposure. Methods 80 adult male SD rats were orally exposed to melamine and cyanuric acid. One control group and three experimental groups, 20 rats in each group, were treated with oral gavage once daily for 28 days , Continue to observe after stopping the exposure 14d, the end of the experiment to collect rat blood, kidneys for testing. Results In combination with melamine and cyanuric acid, the male SD rats were restrained from gaining weight, the organ coefficients of the kidneys and blood biochemical indicators changed, the kidneys crystallized, some of the renal tubules and glomeruli were destroyed, No effect was relieved after 14 days of exposure. Conclusion Melamine and cyanuric acid combined with oral administration of 28d caused renal pathological injury in male SD rats, no significant improvement 14 days after the cessation of exposure.
