井冈山自然保护区成立于1981年,编制90人,隶属于江西省林业厅。地理位置是:北纬26°30′～26°40′,东经114°06′～114°18′,总面积15455.4hm~2,其中核心保护区3266.3hm~2,占总面积的20.6％。主要目的是保护我国东南部中亚热带地区具有原始特征的典型的常绿阔叶林生态系统和人文景观。
Jinggangshan Nature Reserve was established in 1981, preparation of 90 people, under the Forestry Department of Jiangxi Province. The geographical location is: Latitude 26 ° 30 ’~ 26 ° 40’, longitude 114 ° 06 ’~ 114 ° 18’, and total area 15455.4hm ~ 2, of which 3266.3hm ~ 2 is the core protected area, accounting for 20.6% of the total area. The main purpose is to protect the typical evergreen broad-leaved forest ecosystems and cultural landscapes with primitive features in the subtropical region of southeastern China.
