在水泥净浆试件上加载大体积混凝土水化温升历程,测量其早期的体积变化和热膨胀系数,测得的试件总应变包括热应变和自生应变。结果表明,随着水化的进行,热膨胀系数显著增加,加入粒状高炉矿渣后更明显。自干燥引起的热膨胀系数增加,可能会导致浆体收缩。在裂缝控制设计中热膨胀系数的增加应作为必要因素考虑,因为热膨胀系数增加引起的收缩有时超过自收缩,同时也不能忽略水胶比大小的影响。 The hydration temperature rise course of mass concrete was loaded on the cement paste sample to measure its early volume change and thermal expansion coefficient. The measured total strain of the specimen included thermal strain and autogenous strain. The results show that with the progress of hydration, the thermal expansion coefficient increases significantly, more obvious after adding granular blast furnace slag. An increase in the coefficient of thermal expansion due to drying can cause the slurry to shrink. In the crack control design, the increase of thermal expansion coefficient should be considered as necessary factor, because the shrinkage caused by the increase of thermal expansion coefficient sometimes exceeds the self-shrinkage, and the influence of the water-cement ratio can not be neglected at the same time.
