系统地研究了二溴羟基苯基萤光酮(DBHPF)在不同表面活性剂存在下与Ge的显色反应。在0.2—2.0mol/L的H_2SO_4介质中,显色反应灵敏度高(ε_(518)=1.42×10~5)、显色速度快且至少稳定24h,干扰少,Ge量在0~500ng/ml范围内符合比耳定律。经应用于矿石中痕量Ge的直接测定,证明方法可行。
The color reaction of dibromohydroxyphenylfluorone (DBHPF) with Ge in the presence of different surfactants was systematically investigated. The color reaction rate was high (ε_ (518) = 1.42 × 10 ~ 5) in H2O2 medium of 0.2-2.0 mol / L, the color development was fast and stable for at least 24h, with less interference and the amount of Ge was between 0-500 ng / ml Beer’s law is within the range. The direct determination of trace Ge in ore shows that the method is feasible.
