作为班主任,我们应时时自省:我们和学生的沟通是否有效?师生对话如何处理才是最佳?如何才能抵达学生内心深处?在一次工作坊学习中,萨提亚导师林文采博士讲到沟通的层次理论,该理论认为,沟通从外到内,可依次分为五个层次:打招呼(Hi)、谈事实(Facts)、观点和见解(Perspective&Idea)、感受(Feeling)、敞开(Open)。关系随着沟通层次的不同而停留在相应的层次。我尝试着在班主任工作中加以运用,不断摸索、总结出了很多实用的沟通技巧和方法,取得了良好教育效果。下面就让我们从沟通的这五个层次来谈谈班主任工作如何开展。

In a workshop study, Satya instructor Dr. Lam Weng-ji mentioned The theory of communication, which holds that communication can be divided into five levels in turn from outside to inside: Hi, Facts, Perspective & Idea, Feeling, Open, . Relationship with the different levels of communication and stay in the appropriate level. I try to use it in the class teacher’s work, keep exploring, summed up a lot of practical communication skills and methods, and achieved good educational results. Now let us talk about the five levels of communication to talk about how the teacher work.
