目的:初步确定山楂中三萜酸类有效部位提取纯化工艺。方法:比较三萜酸类有效部位的4种提取方法和3种纯化方法,以三萜酸类成分含量为考察指标进行提取纯化工艺试验研究。结果:采用碱醇水浸提法时三萜酸类成分提取效率高,基本提取完全。活性碳吸附结晶纯化法产物中三萜酸类成分纯度>70%。结论:优选的碱醇水浸提法和活性碳吸附结晶纯化法高效、简便,易于规模化,适宜作为山楂中三萜酸类有效部位提取纯化工艺。
Objective: To initially determine the extraction and purification of the active fractions of triterpene acids in hawthorn. Methods: Four extraction methods and three purification methods of effective fractions of triterpenoid acids were compared. The extraction and purification process of triterpene acids were investigated with the content of triterpene acids as the index. Results: The extraction efficiency of triterpene acids was high with alkaline alcohol water extraction method, and the extraction was complete. Activated carbon adsorption crystallization purification product triterpene acid composition purity> 70%. CONCLUSION: The optimized alkaline water extraction method and activated carbon adsorption crystallization purification method are efficient, simple and easy to scale, and are suitable for the extraction and purification of the active fractions of triterpene acids in hawthorn.
