吴忠市是农业大市,而奶牛养殖又占据着相当的比例。但由于近年受国外奶粉的大量涌入和国内经济形势的影响,吴忠市的奶牛养殖业和乳品加工企业受到了很大的冲击,虽然政府采取了多种措施积极应对,但成效都不是很大。本文从建立奶业风险基金入手,提出了通过奶业风险基金的建立、管理、运行来化解面临的矛盾和问题。
Wuzhong is a big agricultural city, and dairy farming occupies a considerable proportion. However, due to the influx of foreign milk powder and the impact of the domestic economic situation in recent years, the dairy farming and dairy processing enterprises in Wuzhong City have been greatly affected. Although the government has taken a variety of measures to deal with the problems actively, the results are not great . This article starts with the establishment of dairy risk fund and proposes to resolve the contradictions and problems through the establishment, management and operation of dairy risk fund.
