探讨舒心口服液对缺糖缺氧损伤心肌细胞形态和心肌酶活性影响。结果表明,不同浓度的舒心口服液具有保护缺血性损伤心肌细胞的作用,且呈量效依赖关系。高浓度(500μg/ml)舒心口服液释放的LDH、GOT、CPK,明显低于心得安组,表明舒心口服液的保护作用强于心得安。
To investigate the effect of Shuxin Oral Liquid on the morphology and myocardial enzyme activity of myocardial cells in the absence of glucose and hypoxia. The results showed that different concentrations of Shuxin Oral Liquid had the effect of protecting ischemic injured cardiomyocytes in a dose-effect dependent manner. The concentrations of LDH, GOT, and CPK released from high concentration (500μg/ml) Shuxin Oral Liquid were significantly lower than that of propranolol group, indicating that Shuxin Oral Liquid had a stronger protective effect than propranolol.
