1993年3月29~31日中国农学会食物与营养专业委员会在北京中国农业科学院召开了优质蛋白质综合开发利用讨论会。我国农学、营养学、食品科学、农业经济学等学科的专家,农业部、卫生部、国家统计局农调队,和各新闻单位的代表50余人参加了会议。会议传达了世界营养大会及制定90年代我国食物发展纲要的情况,讨论了优质蛋白质综合开发利用的战略,从动物、植物、微生物蛋白质的资源和在食品与饲料中的应用展开热烈讨论。部分食品
March 29-31, 1993 China Agricultural Society Food and Nutrition Professional Committee held in Beijing Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences high-quality protein synthesis development and utilization seminar. More than 50 representatives of agricultural sciences, nutrition sciences, food sciences and agricultural economics experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, the National Bureau of Statistics survey team and representatives from various news organizations attended the conference. The conference convened the World Nutrition Conference and formulated the outline of China’s food development in the 1990s. The strategy of comprehensive development and utilization of high-quality protein was discussed and discussions were held on the resources of animals, plants and microbial proteins and their application in food and feed.
