企业在建立起矿长全面负责下的职工思想政治工作新体制后,如何进一步完善这一体制,是当前需要企业各级行政和党组织认真思考并亟待解决的重要问题。就我局目前情况看,在新体制运行过程中,仍不同程度地存在着一些不大适应新形势需要的问题。归纳起来,有以下几种情况。一是体制上还不尽完善。我局体制改革后,将原来负责牵头思想政治工作的党委宣传部带着业务划归行政的思想政治工作办公室。这样由于上面没有对口部门,一项工作布置下来,究竟谁干不清楚。同时,基层的思政办也相继出现了信息不灵、工作不顺、指导和协调不力等现象。

As a result of the absence of counterparts in the above, a work layout, who exactly do not know. In the meantime, the ideological and administrative offices at the grassroots level have successively witnessed phenomena such as ineffective information, unsound work, poor guidance and coordination.
