目的探讨社区老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的预防保健。方法选取我社区2011年2月至2012年7月60例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者,进行预防保健。结果通过有效的预防保健,提高了患者的遵医行为。本组60例患者血压及血糖控制在一个理想的水平,提高了患者的生活质量。结论做好糖尿病和高血压的防治保健教育,可有效地预防和延缓糖尿病等并发症的发生和发展。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods From February 2011 to July 2012 in our community, 60 elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus were selected for preventive health care. The results through effective preventive care, improve the patient’s compliance behavior. The group of 60 patients with blood pressure and blood glucose control at an ideal level, improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusions Good prevention and treatment of diabetes and hypertension health education, which can effectively prevent and delay the occurrence of diabetes and other complications and development.
