[目的]探讨磁化水浸种和灌溉对大葱苗期生长的影响。[方法]在光照培养箱环境下,研究磁化水和普通自来水浸种和灌溉对大葱幼苗生长的作用效果差异。[结果]磁化水浸种和播后灌溉可显著提高大葱幼苗叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量,根系活力增强,从而促进大葱苗期根叶生长。[结论]磁化水浸种生产上应用可达到缩短苗龄的生产目的。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of magnetized water soaking and irrigation on the growth of Welsh onion. [Method] The effects of the soaking and irrigation of magnetized water and ordinary tap water on the growth of green onions were studied under light environment. [Result] The soaking of magnetized water and post-sowing irrigation could significantly increase the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar, and enhance the activity of root system. [Conclusion] The application of magnetized water soaking seed production can shorten the production of seedling.
