采用口饲腺嘌呤方法制成大鼠肾小管间质病理损害为主的慢性肾衰模型,观察活血养阴合剂(丹参、益母草、山楂、生地、乌梅等)对该模型的防治作用。结果表明:治疗组动物血清尿素氮、肌酐、血磷和胆固醇均明显低于病理对照组,而血清白蛋白、血钙明显高于病理对照组(P<005~001),尿渗透压也高于病理对照组,肾组织病理损伤程度明显减轻。其机理可能与合剂具有改善肾脏血流、增强纤溶活性、阻抑免疫反应、抗纤维化等的综合作用有关
The model of chronic renal failure caused by renal tubular-interstitial pathological lesions in rats was prepared by oral feeding adenine method. The preventive and therapeutic effects of Huoxue Yangyin Mixture (Salvia miltiorrhiza, Leonurus sibirica, Hawthorn, Rehmannia glutinosa, Wumei, etc.) on the model were observed. The results showed that serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, serum phosphorus, and cholesterol in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the pathological control group, while serum albumin and serum calcium were significantly higher than those in the pathological control group (P<005 to 001). The osmotic pressure was also higher than that of the pathological control group, and the degree of renal pathological lesions was significantly reduced. The mechanism may be related to the combined effects of the mixture in improving renal blood flow, enhancing fibrinolytic activity, suppressing immune response, anti-fibrosis, etc.
