有机晶体作为非线性光学材料的研究是80年代以来开始盛行的,由于有机非线性光学晶体比无机晶体具有较大的非线性系数,高的抗光损伤阈值,响应速度快等特点受到人们重视。目前文献报道的有机非线性晶体可分四类:1.尿素及衍生物,2.有接受电子集团π共轭体系的芳香族化合物,3.有机盐,4.金属有机化合物。文献报道目前粉末产生倍频效应的有机化合物不下一千种,而其中能生长出够测试尺寸10mm~3的单晶仅几十种。上述四
The research of organic crystals as nonlinear optical materials has been popular since the 1980s. Because organic nonlinear optical crystals have larger nonlinear coefficients, higher threshold of light damage resistance and faster response than inorganic crystals, people pay more attention to them. Currently reported in the literature of organic nonlinear crystals can be divided into four categories: 1. Urea and derivatives, 2.
