目的改进后的乳腺摄影专用器材在减少漏诊、提高乳腺疾病的正确诊断上具有较大的实用价值。方法将老式的直边形压迫器、托盘磨成弧形,并将裁刀设计为能准确地把胶片裁成弧线形,直线裁制法改为弧线裁制法,使胶片符合人体单侧胸壁冠状面的生理曲度。结果对摄乳腺片的患者均采用了新设计的专用器械进行了乳腺摄影,同时进行了“老式”、“新式”器械分别摄取轴位片,并进行比较。结论改进后的乳腺摄影专用器材在减少漏诊、提高乳腺疾病的正确诊断上具有较大的实用价值。
