目的探索利用免疫规划制品数据库(Immunization Products Database,IPD)测算实施扩大国家免疫规划后,冷链容积需要量标准的制定方法(以市级为例)。方法利用IPD中每种产品的每剂体积乘以该产品接种剂次数,并考虑损耗系数、使用系数和贮存系数等因素,根据人口数与出生率计算出实际需要的冷链容积。结果根据冷链容积需要量公式,计算出完成全程常规免疫接种(22剂)市级疾病预防控制中心冷链容积需要量为8.25m3/100万人口新生儿,其中冷藏容积为8.11m3/100万人口新生儿,冷冻容积为0.13m3/100万人口新生儿。结论通过IPD的产品每剂体积和基于IPD的产品编码收集的接种剂次数,可以对实施扩大国家免疫规划后冷链容积需要量进行测算,为政府配置冷链提供依据。
Objective To explore how to formulate the standard of cold chain volume requirement (take municipal level as an example) after the implementation of enlarging national immunization program by using Immunization Products Database (IPD). The method uses the volume of each product in IPD multiplied by the number of inoculants in the product and calculates the actual required cold chain volume based on population and birth rates, taking into account factors such as loss factor, use factor, and storage factor. Results Based on the cold chain volume requirement formula, the total amount of cold chain volume required for routine immunization (22 doses) at the municipal CDC level was 8.25m3 / 1 million, of which refrigerated volume was 8.11m3 / 1 million Population of newborns, frozen volume of 0.13m3 / 1000000 population of newborns. Conclusions The amount of cold chain volume required to implement the expanded national immunization schedule can be estimated by the number of inoculants collected per IPD product volume and IPD-based product code to provide the basis for the government to configure the cold chain.
