本研究对金属硫因蛋白(metallothionein,MT)、增殖细胞核 抗原(proliferating cell nuclearantigen,PCNA)和肿瘤抑制基因p53与涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)患者预后之间的关系进行了研究。通过对50例SACC的MT、PCNA与p53免疫组织化学反应及临床资料分析,结果表明:MT的表达与SACC患者生存率明显相关(P<0.05),它能在一定程度上判断SACC患者的预后情况;PCNA是评价细胞增殖状态的指标,PCNA的表达与SACC远处转移存在明显相关(P<0.05),肿瘤细胞增殖能促进SACC的远处转移;p53基因在SACC的发生发展过程中的作用不明显,可能存在其它某种或多种基因发挥更重要的作用。
The relationship between metallothionein (MT), proliferating cell nucleus antigen (PCNA) and tumor suppressor gene p53 and the prognosis of patients with salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) Were studied. The results of immunohistochemical analysis of MT, PCNA and p53 in 50 cases of SACC and clinical data showed that the expression of MT was significantly correlated with the survival rate of patients with SACC (P <0.05), which could to some extent determine the prognosis of patients with SACC (P <0.05). Proliferation of tumor cells could promote the distant metastasis of SACC. The role of p53 gene in the genesis and development of SACC Obviously, there may be other genes or more play a more important role.
