目的:观察和探讨缰核细胞膜上延迟整流钾电流(Ik)的性质。方法:应用细胞吸附式膜片钳记录技术。结果:去极化阶跃电压激活该通道电导为30~35pS的外向单通道电流;呈电压依赖性;平均开放时间随去极化电位的增长(0mV~60mV)由3.72±1.5ms提高到32.2±5.6ms。可以认为,通道的开放不依赖于电极内Ca2+的存在,四乙基胺明显抑制通道的开放。结论:由以上结果判断,此电流为外向延迟整流钾电流(Ik)。
Objective: To observe and discuss the properties of delayed rectifier potassium current (Ik) on the membrane of hamster nucleus. Methods: Cell-mount patch-clamp recording technique was used. Results: The depolarization step voltage activated the outward single channel current with 30 ~ 35pS conductance in a voltage dependent manner. The average open time increased with the increase of depolarization potential (0mV ~ 60mV) from 3.72 ± 1.5ms Increase to 32.2 ± 5.6ms. It is believed that the opening of the channel does not depend on the presence of Ca2 + in the electrode, and tetraethylamine significantly inhibits the opening of the channel. Conclusion: Judged by the above results, this current is outward delayed rectifier potassium current (Ik).
