针对目前职称的管理工作,在深入贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和治国理政新理念新思想新战略新发展理念,立足服务人才强国战略和创新驱动发展战略,职称管理工作要遵循人才成长规律,坚持“以人为本”走群众路线,释放和激发企业职称管理工作的创新活力,促进职称管理工作向能力和科学的方向发展,实现职称管理工作改革的积极意义。本文对“以人为本”的职称管理改革途径进行探讨,以实现对“以人为本”的职称管理改革,结合新形式下职称管理工作的发展现状和改革方向,提出切实可行的改革措施,充分激励企业人才的自我发展,从而顺应企业市场化发展和核心竞争力的提升。
