[目的/意义]工程化视角下的情报工作开创了大数据环境下情报工作的新范式,本文提出的理论模型可为工程化思维下的情报工作提供系统化、整体性的引导分析工具,提高情报工作的品质和效率。[方法/过程]以霍尔三维结构的思想和生命周期理论为基础,构建工程化思维下情报工作的霍尔模型,提出工程化情报工作的时间维、逻辑维、知识维结构,通过分析霍尔活动矩阵,并以竞争情报的规划阶段为例,在霍尔三维结构上的某一点揭示模型的指导意义。[结果/结论]模型从整体上全面、系统、科学地反映工程化情报工作所涉及的构成要素、工作流程以及组织管理活动,从理论上指引工程化视角下的情报工作有条理、有程序、有步骤地解决问题。
[Purpose / Significance] The intelligence work in engineering perspective has created a new paradigm for intelligence work under big data environment. The theoretical model proposed in this paper can provide a systematic and integrated guidance analysis tool for intelligence work under engineering thinking and improve The quality and efficiency of intelligence work. [Methods / Processes] Based on Holzer’s three-dimensional structure and life-cycle theory, a Hall model of intelligence work under engineering thinking is constructed. The time dimension, logical dimension, and knowledge dimension of engineering intelligence work are put forward. Taking the planning phase of competitive intelligence as an example, this paper reveals the guiding significance of the model at a certain point in the three-dimensional structure of Hall. [Results / Conclusions] The model comprehensively, systematically and scientifically reflects the components, work processes and organizational management activities involved in the engineering intelligence work, and theoretically guides the organized and procedural procedures of intelligence work under the engineering perspective.
