5月5日获悉:HP公司推出了HPOpenView增强型企业管理工具,对原HPOpenView产品在资源管理、预期管理及信息管理三个方面进行了增强,还同时添加Web页面管理、FYI信息管理、IT费用及资源管理等工具。 HPOpenView是一套企业级网络管理工具软件包,可用于管理各种系统、应用、数据库和网络没备。据IDC统计,HP公司已向HP9000系统、Sun工作站以及Microsoft Windows和NT系统等不同平台提供了300多种基于HPOpenView的管理方案。此外,Alcatel、Hitachi、Siemens、Stratus等公司也相继获取了HPOpenView的授权。据悉,这一软件色中的Unix新版HPOpenView Network Node Manager、IT/Operations 4.0版、IT/Administration 3.0版将于今年7月开始供货。Windows 3.11和Windows 95版本的HPOpenView MeasureWare Desktop Agent可望于今年第三季度正式供货。
