目的研究新鲜狼毒大戟Euphorbia fischeriana地上部分的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析的方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从新鲜狼毒大戟地上部分甲醇提取液正己烷萃取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为23(E)-25-methoxycycloart-23-en-3β-ol(1)、24-hydroperoxycycloart-25-en-3β-ol(2)、25-hydroperoxycycloart-23-en-3β-ol(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(5)、大戟醇(6)、24-methylenecycloartane-3,28-diol(7)、钝叶甾醇(8)、叶绿醇(9)、jolkinolide A(10)、2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基苯乙酮(11)、24-亚甲基-9,19-环-3-羊毛甾酮(12)、12-去氧佛波醇-13-十六酸酯(13)、butyrospermol(14)。结论其中化合物9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~3、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the aerial parts of Euphorbia fischeriana. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the n-hexane extract from the aerial part of Euphorbia pulchricornis and identified as 23 (E) -25-methoxycycloart-23-en-3β-ol (1) and 24-hydroperoxycycloart- 25-en-3β-ol (2), 25-hydroperoxycycloart-23-en-3β- ol (3), lupeol (4), 24-methylenecycloartite (5) 6), 24-methylenecycloartane-3,28-diol (7), glipizide (8), phytol (9), jolkinolide A (10), 2,4-dihydroxy- -methylacetophenone (11), 24-methylene-9,19-cyclo-3-lanosterone (12), 12-deoxyporbol- 13-hexadecanoate (13), butyrospermol (14). Conclusion Compound 9 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 3, 7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
