本文对VOD冶炼Cr-Ni不锈钢过程作了系统分析,确定了所涉及的三类输出变量和两类输入变量,根据抚顺钢厂VOD精炼设备的143炉试生产数据,对88项各类变量做了全面的统计分析和评述,进而确立了22个重要指标的回归方程式,并举例做了简要的讨论。所建立的输出—输入经验方程组构成了该过程的统计模型,据此分析了工艺参数的合理选取和优化的可能性。
In this paper, the process of VOD smelting Cr-Ni stainless steel was systematically analyzed, and the three types of output variables and two types of input variables involved were determined. According to the 143 furnace trial production data of VOD refining facility in Fushun Iron and Steel, 88 variables A comprehensive statistical analysis and review, and then established the regression equation of 22 important indicators, and gave an example of a brief discussion. The established output-input empirical equations form the statistical model of the process, from which the reasonable selection of process parameters and the possibility of optimization are analyzed.
