以D001型苯乙烯系强酸性阳离子交换树脂为炭前驱体,经镍离子交换、炭化与CO2活化制备了炭-镍复合材料,热重分析与红外光谱结果表明离子交换树脂的磺酸基经高温炭化-活化处理后,发生了热解反应,并生成一定的耐热砜基,负载的金属主要为单质镍。制备的炭材料外观为均匀有光泽的黑色球形颗粒,主要为炭-镍单质微晶复合结构,以微孔为主,比表面积为343.23m2/g,对噻吩吸附能力可达13.20mg/g。
The carbon-nickel composite was prepared by ion exchange, carbonization and CO2 activation of D001 type styrene strong acid cation exchange resin. The prepared carbon material has the appearance of uniform and glossy black spherical particles, mainly composed of carbon-nickel single-crystal microcrystalline composite structure with micropores as the main surface area, the specific surface area of 343.23m2 / g and the adsorption capacity of thiophene up to 13.20mg / g.
