以白花鬼针草、芒萁和鸭跖草为试材,研究了三裂叶蟛蜞菊入侵对这3种杂草保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量以及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:在三裂叶蟛蜞菊入侵胁迫下,白花鬼针草、芒萁和鸭跖草叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量都有不同程度的升高;3种杂草SOD活性、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量显著升高;3种杂草通过调节保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量以及光合色素含量对三裂叶蟛蜞菊的入侵胁迫产生适应性反应。
The effects of invasion of Tricholoma matsutake on protective enzyme activities, osmotic adjustment substances and chlorophyll content of the three species of weeds were studied using the flower of Phalaenopsis scabi, Mandew and Commelina communis as test materials. The results showed that the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the leaves of Prunella virginaria, Activity, soluble protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll content all increased to some extent; SOD activity, soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of three weeds were significantly increased; three kinds of weeds through regulating protective enzyme activity, osmotic adjustment substance content and The content of photosynthetic pigments produced adaptive response to the intimidation of the trifoliate Tricholoma.
