目的:了解绍兴市越城区食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,探讨各种致病菌污染原因,对可能发生的食物中毒进行预测,并为食源性疾病控制提供基础数据和科学依据。方法:按浙江省监测工作要求,采集本地具有一定代表性、典型性和适时性的样品,共计10类400份,依据GB4789进行沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7、副溶血性弧菌、大肠菌群等致病菌检测。结果:400份样品有29份检出上述致病菌,致病菌总检出率为7.25%。结论:食品中存在食源性致病菌污染,是食源性疾病发生的潜在危险因素,应分析原因并采取针对性措施提高食品安全。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of food-borne pathogens in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City, explore the causes of various pathogenic bacteria contamination, predict the possible food poisoning and provide the basic data and scientific basis for foodborne disease control . Methods: According to the requirements of monitoring work in Zhejiang Province, samples with a certain representativeness, typicality and timeliness were collected from a total of 400 in 10 categories. According to GB4789, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157 : H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, coliform bacteria and other pathogen detection. Results: 29 out of 400 samples were detected and the total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 7.25%. Conclusion: The food is contaminated by food-borne pathogenic bacteria and is a potential risk factor for food-borne diseases. The reasons should be analyzed and targeted measures should be taken to improve food safety.
