常规栽培金针菇虽然可收三茬菇,但生物转化率最高只能达到100％。生育期长达95天左右,一年只能循环三个栽培周期,且第三茬菇柄短而粗,易开伞盖,商品质量极差,影响了经济效益。一次性收菇栽培法,生物转化率高达172％,栽培周期比常规栽培缩短40天左右,提高经济效益664％,并且菇的株数增多增高,商品质量有了很大提高。其技术如下: 1、按照棉籽壳85％、麦麸14％、石膏1％的培养料配方,将培养料加水,料水比为1:1.3,拌匀后装入广口瓶(袋)。
