1存在的问题一是激励措施不公平。领导的决策没有透明度,未能创造出良好的竞争环境,平均主义倾向严重,普遍存在“干多干少、干好干坏一个样”的现象,挫伤了员工的工作积极性。二是激励措施单一。缺乏适应个体需求差异的激励方式,在员工需求研究方面十分薄弱,了解不够,激励措施未能有效调动全体员工的积极性。
The first problem is that the incentives are not fair. The leadership’s decision-making is not transparent, failed to create a favorable competitive environment, and the egalitarian tendencies are serious. The phenomenon of “doing more and doing less, doing a better job and doing a worse job” is pervasive, dampening the enthusiasm of employees. Second, incentives are single. Lack of incentives to adapt to individual differences in demand, staff needs research is very weak, not enough understanding, incentive measures can not effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees.
