The rapid socio-economic development and continuous improvement of enterprise management require enterprises to fully recognize the importance of human beings in resources such as manpower, material resources, financial resources and information. The traditional enterprise personnel management has been unable to adapt to the fierce market competition, human resources management and development has become a magic weapon for business success and the driving force for continuous existence and steady development. Reasonable and effective human resources management and development is an important strategic issue related to the enterprise.
