东北轻合金加工厂是“一五”期间建设起来的大型骨干企业。党的十一届三中全会以前,由于受旧体制的束缚和影响,强调专业分工,忽视紧密配合,结果造成分工过细,人浮于事,相互制约,协调性差,特别是不适应新技术发展的需要,严重影响对先进技术的消化吸收,严重束缚了生产力的发展。为此,我们在深化内部改革中,实行了“包机制”这种新的劳动组合形式。
Northeast Light Alloy Processing Factory is a large-scale backbone enterprise built during the “First Five-Year Plan” period. Prior to the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party, due to the shackles and influence of the old system, the emphasis on professional division of work and neglect of close coordination resulted in the division of labor that was overstaffed, that people were stuck in things, restrained each other and poorly coordinated, especially not suited to the needs of new technological development. Seriously affecting the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies, seriously hampering the development of productive forces. Therefore, in deepening the internal reform, we have implemented the new form of labor package, the “package mechanism.”
