采用自行设计组装的表面等离子体激元共振光化学传感器实验装置,在不加其它化学试剂的条件下,研究了传感器对葡萄糖溶液的响应特性。实验结果表明,此传感器测定葡萄糖溶液的稳定性、可逆性良好,响应迅速,使用寿命长。在波长620nm处,灵敏度为2.4× 10-4折射率单位,RSD=1.5%(n=11, 0.92%的葡萄糖)。分析了一些实际样品,结果良好。
Using self-designed surface plasmon resonance photochemical sensor experimental device, without any other chemical reagents under the conditions of the sensor response to glucose solution response characteristics. The experimental results show that this sensor can measure the stability of glucose solution with good reversibility, rapid response and long service life. At a wavelength of 620 nm, the sensitivity is 2.4 × 10 -4 refractive index units, RSD = 1.5% (n = 11, 0.92% glucose). Some actual samples were analyzed and the results were good.
