宫颈癌、卵巢癌是妇科中的常见肿瘤疾病,因解剖生理之故,常侵袭泌尿系统,易导致排尿障碍,甚至发生肾功能损害。随着妇科肿瘤专业的不断发展,此类疾病经手术治疗,结合放疗和化疗,可获得较满意的疗效。在手术放疗、化疗前后对肾功能及尿路通畅情况的准确判断至关重要。目前用其它检查均难以同时提供两者情况,我院以~(131)I—邻碘马尿酸钠肾图判断肾脏功能和尿路通畅情况报告如下: Cervical cancer and ovarian cancer are common tumor diseases in gynecology.
