芜湖市某高层住宅楼的基础为预应力管桩加条形承台,总桩数为117根,其中82根产生了较大偏位,但是桩身完整、质量较好;采用PFC2D程序计算分析桩偏位的原因,计算结果与实际情况比较吻合;提出了补桩和顶推法纠偏两种处理方案,经比较最终采用顶推法纠偏方案;经处理后,沉降观测表明:该楼竣工后沉降较为均匀,最大沉降为9.74 mm,最大差异沉降为5.97mm,该大楼沉降较小,取得良好的效果。
