目的:建立清泻丸中4种蒽醌类成分的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(70∶30),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm,以大黄素作为内参物,分别采用一测多评法测定大黄酚、大黄酸、大黄素和大黄素甲醚的含量,同时利用外标法测定这4种成分的含量,比较两者的差异。结果:采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间没有明显差异,RSD<0.5%。结论:以大黄素为内标,采用一测多评法可用于清泻丸的蒽醌类成分的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of four anthraquinones in Qingxue Pills. Methods: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used in this study. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (70:30), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / The wavelength of 254 nm, with emodin as an internal reference substance, respectively, by a multi-evaluation method for the determination of chrysophanol, rhein, emodin and physcion content, while the use of external standard method for the determination of these four components, compared with two Differences between people. Conclusion: Emodin can be used as an internal standard for the quality control of anthraquinones in Qingjue Pills by using a multiple assessment method.
