在医院的各项管理工作中,财务管理是其中不可或缺的组成部分医,并且对医院的运营及发展有着尤为重要的作用和意义。但就目前我国大部分的医院来说,在财务管理方面尚且存在诸多缺点和不足,并逐步表现在财务活动的各个环节和过程中。本文对医院财务管理中的常见问题进行了深入探讨,并在此基础上提出了有针对性的措施。
